Edmund Rice Community Services Limited (ERCS) is driven by its mission and the example of Edmund Rice.
Edmund Rice Community Services is governed by a Board of Directors who set the organisation’s strategic directions, and policy frameworks as per legislative requirements and best practise standards of governance and community expectations. The Board has responsibility for:

Vision, Values, and Mission of ERCS

setting the strategic directions for ERCS;

setting the policy and risk framework of ERCS;

overseeing the financial wellbeing of ERCS and each of the entities;

overseeing the management of ERCS;

contributing to the nurturing of key external relationships;

providing opportunities for formation in the charism of Edmund Rice, and
-
supporting and guiding the Executive Team.
