The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and reporting on brand and revenue campaigns and activity across all ERCS brands and supporting all marketing activities. This role will work closely with the broader Marketing & Revenue team to ensure that tactical brand and marketing plans are implemented on time, within budget and achieve agreed KPI’s.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Creating and implementing brand and revenue campaigns at both a national and local level;

  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing meaningful campaign reports;

  • Work closely with the Digital & Social Media Manager to develop and implement successful brand and revenue campaigns;

  • Implement the new brand strategy across all channels;

  • Supporting brand adherence throughout the organisation including supporting colleagues to adhere to brand guidelines;

  • Providing guidance to entity leads on local marketing and fundraising initiatives;

  • Working closely with the Digital & Social Media Manager to ensure that all content is on-brand and adheres to the brand guidelines;

  • Creating brand stories and messaging and work closely with the Media & Communications Advisor to ensure these are compelling enough to be pitched to media;

  • Develop and monitor the channel strategy;

  • Undertaking brand health research; and, 

  • Supporting the team in the implementation of the Marketing, Brand & Revenue strategy.

You will also have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally in B2C;

  • Track record of measurable success in creating and implementing campaigns that have grown brands;

  • Track record of measurable success in creating and implementing revenue generating campaigns;

  • Well-developed communication skills;

  • Proven experience in campaign management;

  • Ability to manage your own time and ensure you are meeting deliverables;

  • A collaborative and consultative approach.

This position is part-time (0.8) with hours and days to be negotiated with the successful candidate. This role can sit in any of our offices nationally or can be a hybrid or remote working model. We are a flexible workplace and would be open to any work arrangement.
