Our Impact

Measuring outcomes enables us to gain insights into the extent of our service delivery across ERCS. Annually we conduct a census survey that assists us in mapping our interactions with our participants, volunteers, and programs.

We are often asked about the size of our organisation and the level of service we provide to our volunteers and the people we serve. To answer these questions with integrity we need to ensure we have consistent collection of data. As a result, ERCS is committed to the ongoing development of outcomes measurement. See a summary of how we did in 2021 below.

99%

of Edmund Rice Camps volunteers felt part of the community.

97%

of volunteers felt supported in their role.

97%

of volunteers knew where to find support if needed.

"Volunteering...always allows me to re-evaluate where I am at in life and enhances my appreciation for the small things. I feel proud to be part of the [Edmund Rice Camps] community and have a lot of love for those who get involved."
