Join us on Wednesday, 6 December 2023 for a remarkable opportunity to be part of something extraordinary - our annual Edmund Rice Camps Giving Day. Together we’re aiming to raise more than $150,000 for Edmund Rice Camps to help make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families through life-changing experiences in 2024.
How You Can Make a Difference
To ensure the success of our 2023 Giving Day, we need your support. Here's how you can help:
Become a Camps Champ
Take charge and fundraise through your personal networks—friends, family, and colleagues. Encourage them to donate to your cause and maximize our chances of reaching our goal.
Become a Call Volunteer
Join us in person on December 6th to call potential donors. You'll use a script to make calls to a list of potential donors who have been notified in advance, and play a crucial role in raising funds for our Camps!
Pledge to make a donation
Make a pledge to contribute on Giving Day itself and have an impact on the lives of young Australians facing adversity.
What is a Camps Champ?
A Camps Champ is a volunteer who fundraises through their personal networks and encourages them to donate to your cause.
On Giving Day, all you need to do is share a custom link (we will provide you to your team's page) on your Facebook or Instagram accounts.
Your friends and family can donate, and their contributions will contribute to your personal total. You'll receive an information pack to help promote the cause.

Setting a target
Choose a fundraising target, typically between $200 and $1,000. Keep in mind that every dollar raised in your state on December 6th will be DOUBLED by our matching donors. For example, to reach a $200 target, you only need to raise $100!

Your incentive
If you're the Camp's Champ in your state who raises the most donations on the day, you'll receive a $100 Apple voucher!
What is a Call Volunteer?
A Call Volunteer is a person who joins us in person on the day of our fundraiser to make calls to potential donors. We'll provide you with a list and a script to assist you.
Our calling centres will be in each major city and addresses will be provided when you sign up. Locations include:

Your incentive
Every in-person Call Volunteer will receive lunch and snacks on the day. The person who raises the most money from calls in each state will receive a Camps merch pack!
